FAQ
Are Nattork skates suitable for beginners?
Definitely! Nattork skates are designed with beginners in mind — offering smooth control, stability, and comfort to help you learn with confidence.
How do I choose the right size for my child?
The best way to find the right fit is to measure your child’s foot length first.
Then, compare it with the size chart on each product page to see which size range your child falls into and choose accordingly.
Most Nattork skates are adjustable across 4 sizes, so they can grow with your child — simply press the size-adjust button to extend the skate as their feet grow.
Size Tip: If your child’s foot is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more comfortable fit.

How do I replace the stoppers on my skates?
Replacing the stoppers is simple and quick!
For Inline Skates:
- Insert an Allen key into the head of the bolt or wheel axle. The rear axle is typically longer to secure both the rear wheel and the brake pad. Remove the
rear axle bolt from your toolkit. Store the axle bolt safely after removing the
brake. - Turn the tool counterclockwise to loosen the axle.
- Pull the wheel axle or two bolts (a smaller one and a longer one, where applicable)
from the frame. - Wiggle the brake pad free from the frame and set it aside.
- Use a shorter wheel axle and turn it clockwise until it's snug. Avoid over tightening to make it easier to unscrew in the future.

Do I really need protective gear for skating?
Yes — we highly recommend wearing protective gear every time you skate. Helmets, knee guards, elbow guards, and wrist protection can prevent injuries and make skating safer and more fun!
Tips for proper fit:
Helmet: Should sit level on your head, not tilted back. Straps should be snug but comfortable, forming a “V” under each ear.
Knee and elbow guards: Center them over the joints and secure straps firmly, but don’t restrict movement.
Wrist protection: Make sure the hard plastic part covers the underside of your wrist for maximum protection.
Common mistakes: Some skaters wear helmets too far back, straps too loose, or wrist protection upside down — make sure to double-check before hitting the rink or pavement.)
